Be a part of the ‘Pink Workout’ in aid of Breast Cancer Research; both men and women are encouraged to wear something pink in support of this very worthy cause. Checkout our new classes – Kangoorobics (you’ll be given special shoes), and Pole Fitness – need I say more! We’ll also have the old favourites such the Morning Beach Run and the Bleep Test.

Unity Fitness & Dance (UFDance) proudly announces the return of the new look Seawick Fitness & Dance Weekender.   More than just a weekender, it’s a holiday packed with fun, fitness and entertainment for the whole family. We’ll look after the kids (3 to 12yrs) so that mum and dad can relax, maybe have a massage or get on with their exercising. To use this FREE service just simply drop the kids off in the morning and our qualified child carers will keep them entertained with games, fun classes, bouncy castle and even karaoke. They’ll also get FREE lunch and refreshments. Sorry, you’ll have to take them back at the end of the day!! Teens (13yrs and above) are welcome to join in on most non-weights related classes. All kids will receive a FREE goodie bag.

We have 3 late parties with DJ’s Mosty Gee, Faze 2 & Lads Construction, playing the very best in club classics with a touch of salsa. Look out for the cabaret on Saturday and Sunday night hosted and presented by Hell Yeah Travel.

Friday; Casual Affair – come as you are.
Saturday; Gangsters & Molls – prizes for the best outfits.
Sunday; Denim Party – ladies night (ladies get a FREE glass of bubbly)
*Sunday night is also designated as ‘birthday night’; all birthday people will receive a cake or bottle of bubbly.

The UFDance Fitness Weekender is a great place to celebrate your birthday, anniversary or special celebration, hen and stag parties are very welcome – just let us know beforehand.

Don’t fancy facing the cooking? – No worries! Our caterers, the ever popular JaxNev will be cooking up a mouth-watering menu with more than just a Caribbean twist – be sure to get your rice & peas and chicken on Sunday. 

All accommodation is self catering, comes fully equipped with TV, fridge/freezer, cooker, microwave (except bronze caravans), kitchen utensils, bedding, gas and electricity.

*Price per person is based on full occupancy. Security wrist bands will be issued at registration.

For your convenience we have two great coach options to choose from. Option 1: allows you to bring the kids without having to take them out of school or you having to take time off work. Option 2: the coach leaves Kelmscott Leisure Centre earlier on Friday and returns on Monday so you do not miss any of the action.  You can park your car for free at Kelmscott Leisure Centre, 243 Markhouse Road, London E17 8RN for the duration whichever option you choose.
