Unity Fitness & Dance presents the Runners Quest - Half Marathon – a personal challenge. Can you run up to 13.1miles (21.097km)? Would you like to try running further or faster than you’ve ever run before and in doing so help raise money for Cancer Research UK? (Registered charity: 1089464, www.cancerresearchuk.org). You do not have to be a marathon runner – just an enthusiast with the will to keep going! Everyone is a winner - there are no losers!
We have chosen to support Cancer Research UK, and are asking runners to try and gain sponsorship for taking part in this run, however, it’s is not obligatory. This year the course has been marked out to an exact half marathon distance and with it being flat this gives you an excellent opportunity to achieve a personal best (PB). A certificate will be presented to all participants and a medal given to those who complete the full 6-lap course. This event features: -

- Entry fee £16.00 ( until 30th June ‘10), add £8.00 for UFDance Runners Quest T-shirt
- Entries requiring T-shirts must be received no later than 31st July ‘10 (t-shirts will not be on sale on the day)
- Raise £50 or more and get a free Cancer Research UK T-Shirt
Entry fee £18.00 for all entries received from 1st July 2010, £20.00 on the day (if limit of 400 runners has not been reached) – all registration fees go to UFDance, all monies raised in sponsorship goes to Cancer Research UK – run information will be sent out by email on receipt of your booking form and payment – please book early. *Guaranteed only for those who have pre-booked. Entry on the day is possible but this is subject to numbers already booked. All participants must be 18 years or above. Send cheques no later than 31st July 2010 – credit/debit card payments thereafter, commission £1 per person.
