Unity Fitness & Dance will be taking to the high seas and shopping streets of Florida for this fabulous 13 night holiday of a lifetime.
We will spend the first 3 days staying at the Hilton Embassy Suites Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Here we can choose form a host of activities such as shopping in Sawgrass Mills, which is the 6th largest shopping mall in the USA with over 300 outlets. Or we could visit the famous Everglades where we can see the wildlife at firsthand or maybe we’ll spend an evening clubbing and dining in fashionable South Beach area of Miami.
On day 4 we head to Port Everglades for the start of our 10 NIGHT ULTIMATE CARIBBEAN & PANAMA CRUISE onboard the Jewel of the Seas - one of the newest cruise ships in the Royal Caribbean fleet, the Jewel of the Seas boasts amongst many other attractions:
- 5 restaurants
- 4 bars
- Nightclub
- Fitness centre
- Sports courts & rock climbing wall
- Day spa and hair salon
- Casino Royale
- Duty free shopping
UFDance will be providing its own program of classes and social activities, which will comprise: Fitness: Pilates, Khai-Bo, Yoga, Body Conditioning, Stretch & Relaxation and Toning with weights. Social: Massages (relaxing or sports), Quiz, Theme parties, Treasure hunt, group games, etc

UFDance will be recommending a direct flight from London to Miami International Airport as soon as the prices for November 2010 are known. We would recommend that you take this flight should you wish to travel with the main group; however you will be transferred to Fort Lauderdale whichever flight you choose to take. The flight is expected to cost in the region of £440 per person.
